VISIONARIES WANTED
OF RIVER NORTH
In 1970, Albert Friedman inherited a hot dog stand and a former hotel—the Revere House—in a part of town then known as “Smokey Hollow.” Over the next 50 years, he would dedicate his career to the revitalization of the neighborhood that he would eventually re-name: River North. Today, Friedman Properties is constructing its first ever new building: a stunning mixed-use office property with hotel-quality luxury amenities, hospitality, and panoramic views. Our naming, branding, and marketing of the property honors Friedman Properties’ roots, River North’s rich history, and the vibrant community that has blossomed here a half-century hence.
